Pet & Guide/Assistance Dog Policy

  • Owners/guests must advise the hotel in advance of making a reservation that they wish to bring a dog with the breed and weight of the pet being advised
  • Room type and room number will be allocated by the hotel dependent on required occupancy, dogs may not be taken into other hotel bedrooms aside from that allocated by the hotel
  • Dogs are accommodated up to a maximum size of 10kg only
  • The charge applicable is £45.00 per dog per night stay with the exception of guide/assistance dogs
  • Any stains or damages must be paid for according to the cost of replacement or repair
  • Owners/guests are asked to control any noise made by the dog to ensure it does not disturb other guests
  • The hotel reserves the right to review our accommodation commitment if operational issues occur
  • Dog/s cannot be left alone in any room at any time and all dogs must be well trained
  • Staff are not permitted to care for the dog – eg feeding or walking
  • Dog/s must be kept on a leash when in public areas
  • Dogs are not allowed in any food or beverage area, gym or the meeting/events facilities with the exception of guide/assistance dogs
  • Guests are asked to pick up any deposits left by the dog immediately
  • Working guide/hearing dogs are accepted with no charge

Boulevard Hotel operates cashless throughout the hotel, most major credit/debit cards are accepted at reception and in the Bar & Restaurant.

  • A credit/debit card is required to be presented on arrival, Boulevard Hotel will place a mandatory hold on the credit/debit card – the hold amount is £100.00 per room per stay (cash deposits and contactless payments are not accepted).  This hold is separate from, and in addition to, your billable charges.  Boulevard Hotel will typically release the hold after check out once final payment has been received.   Depending on your financial institution (card issuer), funds may take up to 14 days or longer to be back in your account.  Boulevard Hotel is not responsible or liable for the loss of use of these funds or any overdraft charges.

Visiting Pleasure Beach Resort during your stay and not booked an inclusive package? E-tickets guarantee entry and can be booked in advance through www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com at a discount from the gate price.  Online bookings must be made before midnight, the day before the visit date, to receive the discounted price. Check the Pleasure Beach website for opening times and dates.

The Pleasure Beach pass product is no longer available, entry to Pleasure Beach Resort is by reserving an inclusive package or purchasing your e-tickets in advance at www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com

We do have limited car parking onsite along with an additional overspill car park where required, parking cannot be reserved.  Car parking is chargeable at a discounted rate of £10.00 per vehicle per night (12 midday – 12 midday) when booking your stay direct with the hotel (higher charge of £18.00 is applicable when booking through a third party). Parking is at your own risk and the Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claim to vehicles or items left in vehicles. Any vehicle entering onto our land shall only park in a designated parking bay, and between the marked lines of the bay, and pay the applicable parking charge, failure to park in a designated parking bay, and between the marked lines of the bay, and/or failure to pay the parking charge shall be liable to pay a charge of £500.00 and the vehicle may be clamped and/or removed from site. 

EV charging points are available in the hotel’s secure residential car parking for hotel residents only. Charging points are strictly for the purpose of charging and not for use as a car parking space. Charging points are subject to availability and charged at £15 for five hours (charging times apply between 7am and 10pm) in addition to the nightly car parking charge.   Exceeding five hours charging time, an additional £15 charge will be applied to your room account. Hotel residents requiring use of the EV charging points must provide contact details and their vehicle key to Reception to be kept securely. 

Yes – the hotel has an exclusive entrance to  Pleasure Beach Resort for hotel guests only. On all Pleasure Beach opening dates the entrance adjacent to the hotel will be open for the first 90 minutes to allow entrance onto the Pleasure Beach – allowing quick and easy access for guests with a wristband issued at the hotel reception!

The entrance is open all Pleasure Beach operational dates for hotel guests for the first 90 minutes only – please check www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com for opening dates and times. Entrance only is permitted; the park exit is located at the North side of Pleasure Beach. Please note if accessing Pleasure Beach on your departure date and travelling by car that the hotel car park is only available until 12:00 on the day of departure – alternative chargeable parking is located in close proximity to the hotel.

All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are designated non-smoking which includes E-cigarettes; there is a smoking area at the front of the hotel. A minimum £300.00 cleaning charge is applicable for smoking in guestrooms.

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure, outside of these hours a luggage room is available. Late check out until 13:00 is available as a supplement on request.

A complimentary luggage room is available, access is via our reception team

By prior arrangement and subject to availability a late check out at 13:00 on the day of departure can be provided for a supplement per room – please ask for details.

We do have a number of purposely designed and adapted rooms for wheelchairs users and those with mobility issues – for further information on the room features please contact our reservations team.

If you reserve the package which includes bed, breakfast and one days tickets per person for Pleasure Beach Resort these can be either used on the day of arrival or day of departure which does not need to be chosen in advance you can simply liaise with reception during your stay.  The inclusive tickets can be picked up any time on the day of use from the hotel reception.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel and offers a service to/from Preston, alternatively Blackpool North station is in the town centre – taxi are usually available outside the North station. All guests are required to wear appropriate smart/casual dress (beachwear not permitted) at all times when using the bar and restaurant

If you have made your booking on this website then your reservation must be amended or cancelled on this website, if you made your reservation over the telephone please contact us on 01253 336081.  Any amendments or cancellations must be made by 15:00 the previous day (24 hours in advance) to avoid a charge of the first night’s room rate – this policy does not apply to reservations made on advance purchase rates or special offers, which may have specific terms & conditions.

All non-arrivals and cancellations in breach of our policy are strictly charged for the first night’s room rate to the credit/debit card provided as a guarantee (we recommend travel insurance be taken at your discretion) however if your reservation is on an advance purchase / prepaid rate then the full amount will be forfeited.  Rooms are held for the first night only, failure to arrive on the first night will forfeit any other nights booked.

All family rooms can cater for 2 adults and 2 children, by providing a cot an additional infant can also be accommodated. Coastal Junior Suites, Park View Suites and Coastal Suites are strictly for adults only (18+).  Third and Fourth floors of the hotel are designated as adults only floors.

Travel cots can be provided complimentary and should be requested in advance, alternatively you are welcome to bring your own travel cot however children cannot be accommodated in our Deluxe Executive, Coastal Junior Suites, Park View Suites or Coastal Suites.

Boulevard Hotel makes every effort to accommodate special requests however on occasion it may not be possible to do so. Boulevard Hotel accepts no responsibility for accommodating special requests. We regret we cannot accept conditional reservation (i.e. a booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a particular request)

For safety reasons e-scooters and e-bikes are not permitted in the hotel building.  Mobility scooters may be brought into the hotel and stored in guest rooms only.

The bathroom amenities are chargeable if removed from the room.   Please ask at Reception for further details.
